Set in the rich agricultural region of Hillston in south western New South Wales, the Montoro Olive Groves property covering over 700 hectares was chosen in 1999 as ideal for olive cultivation. Dry hot Australian summers and a mild wet winter provide excellent conditions for optimum ripening of the olives, producing the finest extra virgin olive oil bursting with fruity aromas and intense flavours.
